Citrine Quartz

Colour: Yellow to yellowish brown or smoky gray-brown

Appearance: Transparent crystals all sizes, often as geode point or cluster

Source: Brazil, Russia, France, Madagascar, Britian, USA

Citrine is a silicon dioxide mineral, a member of the Quartz group with hexagonal crystal system and a hardness of 7. Its yellow pigmentation is derived from iron.
