Tanzanite (Lavender-Blue Zoisite)

Colour: Blue to lavender

Appearance: Solid Mass, pleochroic

Source: Tanzania, Africa

Tanzanite is a calcium aluminium silicate with an orthorhombic crystal system and a hardness of 6.5 to 7.  It is a heat amended stone with a high vibration, facilitating altered states and a profoundly deep meditastive state.
